Reinforcing its commitment to innovation, HPB is launching HPB Steampack®, its new line of compact modular boilers, developed to serve operations with lower steam demand that require high performance, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
Featuring 100% water-tube technology, HPB Steampack® incorporates a Bubbling Fluidized Bed (BFB) combustion system, offering the flexibility to operate with a wide range of biomass fuels while ensuring combustion efficiency above 99.5%. The result is a significant reduction in fuel consumption when compared to grate-fired or fire-tube boilers.
Available in models capable of generating 10 to 40 tons of steam per hour, HPB Steampack® was designed for maximum practicality. The units are fully assembled and insulated at HPB's manufacturing facility, significantly reducing on-site activities and enabling average delivery times of just 6 to 8 months.
The solution is equipped with a baghouse filter featuring The Babcock & Wilcox Company technology for particulate emission control. The system utilizes Pulse Jet cleaning for automatic ash removal and compartmentalization to facilitate maintenance activities.
In addition, the technology integrated into the equipment enables operational campaigns of up to 24 months.
With HPB Steampack®, HPB reaffirms its commitment to delivering productivity, reliability, and innovation across different industrial applications, driving the future of industry through smart and sustainable solutions.
