HPB Modular Projects: the construction concept that accelerates delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
In recent years, HPB has innovated the steam generation systems sector by introducing a modular approach, combining customization, agility, and compliance with the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and project delivery.

This concept was developed to meet the growing market demand for projects with capacities below 200 t/h, in a scenario marked by rising service costs and increasingly stringent requirements for operational reliability and safety.
This demand has enabled complete boiler sections to be manufactured and assembled at the factory, significantly reducing the time and resources required for on-site installation.
Modular construction allows components to be pre-assembled at HPB's manufacturing facility, where quality testing can be carried out in a more controlled environment.
At the project site, fewer operations are required, typically involving only the welding of headers connecting each module. This approach reduces the risks associated with field activities and shortens boiler installation time, resulting in greater equipment reliability.
Through the modularization concept, projects gain scalability and efficiency, enabling customization within already validated technical standards. Each boiler is designed to meet specific customer requirements while being based on established engineering criteria. This ensures the ideal balance between flexibility and reliability.
HPB has been contributing to a new way of delivering projects by combining technology, technical expertise, and agility to create greater value for its customers' operations.
