Lwart Soluções Ambientais is a Brazilian company specialized in sustainable solutions and waste transformation, located in Lençóis Paulista, São Paulo.

Currently, the company is a leader in the collection, recycling, and re-refining of lubricating oil, contributing to environmental preservation by transforming a material harmful to the environment, which would otherwise be discarded, into high-quality sustainable base oil.

With a strong commitment to sustainability and circular economy practices, Lwart applies advanced technology in its processes, ensuring resource optimization and minimal environmental impact.

Its most recent investment is Project H+, aimed at expanding the Lençóis Paulista production complex. HPB will supply a boiler equipped with Bubbling Fluidized Bed (BFB) technology, which will make the company self-sufficient in steam and energy production.

The project will significantly increase the energy efficiency of operations, supporting Lwart’s commitment to sustainability and ensuring plant reliability and availability.

By improving fuel consumption and reducing emissions, BFB will play a key role in minimizing the environmental footprint of industrial processes, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in responsible environmental practices.

The contracted HPB/B&W boiler has the capacity to produce 70,000 kg/h of superheated steam at 490 ºC under 67 bar pressure, with the flexibility to burn different fuels using the Fluidized Bed system.

The boiler is also equipped with an Electrostatic Precipitator, a high-efficiency solution for capturing particulate matter present in combustion gases.
